Medical parts mould

Our medical parts moulds are mainly used in syringes, medical consumables (three-way stopcock, Luer connectors, Y housing joints, Tee joints, wring plugs, etc.), laboratory consumables, medical devices & filters etc. Our Mould has high cavitation, fast cycle and long life. The steel is from ASSAB, BÖHLER and Gröditz. The hot runner brands we cooperate with are Husky and Mold-Masters. In order to improve the cost performance of the mold, we also make our own hot runner, and the quality is excellent. Standard parts brands are DME, MISUMI and PUNCH. According to nearly 30 years of experience, drawing on the excellent design ideas of European and American die, we have our own advantages in die cooling and coating.
